ONE LESS THING

ONE SMALLTHING BETTER.

Find a small thing that annoys you or someone else.

Make something that makes it less annoying.

Try each other’s ideas. Help them along.

A step you keep forgetting. A fiddly task. A habit that gets in the way.A sketch. A small tool. A first attempt.
It can start with you.

A LITTLE LESS FRICTION. A LITTLE MORE PLAY.

START A PRIVATE DRAFT →Look around first ↗

SideCourt’s first event. Bring a problem, an idea, something you’ve made, or just your curiosity.

YOU CAN START HERE

You don’t need a finished thing.

A problem or an idea.

What keeps getting in your way? Who else might feel it? Capture the annoyance and one thing you could try in a private draft. A few sentences or a sketch is a start.

Start a private draft →

Something you’ve made.

A checklist for a forgotten step. A tiny tool for a repetitive task. Share what you’re trying and what you’d like someone to try or respond to. It can still be unfinished.

Share your work →

Just your curiosity.

Browse the work already on SideCourt. Try something that catches your eye. Tell its maker what helped, what confused you, or what you’d try next.

Explore and try something →

For now, come get to know the court.

You can explore now, or create a SideCourt account to save a draft and reply to makers. Event dates and sign-up details are still taking shape. Creating an account or sharing a Drop does not enroll you in the event.

THE INSIDE

What you keep hidden is what brought you here.

Most of what we show begins somewhere we don’t.

A feeling that something no longer fits.

An idea that refuses to leave.

The urge to step somewhere unfamiliar.

Something another person leaves with us.

We rarely arrive with a clean explanation.

Sometimes we make things simply because something inside us keeps moving.

If you’ve noticed the creatures around SideCourt, you’ve already seen traces of it.

A snake leaving what it has outgrown.

A tiger staying with something it cannot yet explain.

A leopard moving between land and water.

A magpie carrying something that did not begin with it.

They are not symbols to solve.

They are reminders that not everything that moves us needs to be visible.
Some things stay hidden for a while.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what leads us here.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple on purpose.

Bring your work. Find something to try. Help something move forward.

Share a Drop

A title, a few lines, maybe a link or an image. It stays private until you say otherwise.

Sign in and open Share a Drop.
Save a draft whenever you like. Nobody sees it yet.
When it feels ready, press Publish. It goes public right away.

🙋 Add a Need

Your work can stand on its own. If there’s something that could move it forward, add a specific Need.

Describe what would help your work next.
Someone can offer a hand privately. You decide what to accept.
Close the Need when it has been met. Helping never gives editing access.

Add a Need to your post →

Help someone

Browse DROPS, try something, reply with what you noticed. That already counts as showing up.

Explore a work and see what its maker is working on.
Join the conversation around the work, or press Offer a hand to help with one thing in private.
If it moved things forward, the author can say so. Editing is by invitation only.

Find a work to help →

Bring your AI

Keep building with the AI you already use to draft, edit and upload for you. You still decide what’s next.

Choose the AI you use (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex or another) and follow its setup steps.
Sign in to SideCourt and choose what it can access.
Ask it to find a post by name or SideCourt ID, or to draft, edit and upload for you.

Your AI never publishes: it can ask you to publish a version, and you can disconnect it any time.

Connect your AI →

What stays yours

Private by default. Drafts and files stay private until you publish. Conversations with helpers always stay private.
Checked automatically. Public posts are checked automatically, and SideCourt may take down anything that breaks the rules. Files are checked before anyone can download them.
You hold the keys. Publishing, unpublishing, who may edit, and which AI may help are all your choices.
